MoMo was WONDERFUL!!!! picked us up in Grand Junction and told us a lot about Utah and what we would experience. She even wanted us to let her know how our tour went. Saw her again to go to the airport, she has such a great personality, she really is a help and answers any questions you might have.
Response from the owner: Ronda, thank you for sharing your experience! We will be sure to pass on your appreciation onto Momo. Safe travels to your next destination!

Katie was such a pleasure to work with on getting us to Moab, Utah from Grand Junction, Utah. She was more helpful than United or the Rocky Mountaineer staff. United changed our gate at the last minute and we missed the flight as we had to go from gate b19 to b94 in Denver in 20 minutes. United only flies to Moab once a day and didn't try to offer us any help with other arrangements. Katie told us about their flights to Grand Junction and that they would bring us to Moab to catch the Rocky Mountaineer from Grand Junction at a moments notice. Our driver was great and she took us through a scenic route instead of staying on the interstate and she told us so much about the area. I would highly recommend Moab Express.
Response from the owner: Thank you for sharing your experience, Virginia! We will be sure to pass on your appreciation. Safe travels to your next destination!

Awesome. My daughter's plane was late arriving. I contacted Moab Express and the driver waited for and gave her a bit of a guided tour on the way from Grand Junction to Moab. I'd liken it to a family member picking you up from the airport. A great experience.
Response from the owner: We strive to create experiences like this and are grateful for your wonderful review. Safe travels to your next destination!
